Last updated: January 31, 2026
FNP Mining and Minerals LLC, doing business as AcquireDeeds (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, first name, and last name.
- Return address: When you place a mail order, you provide a return address (name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code) that appears on your mail pieces.
- Mail content: Templates and custom text you create for your mailings.
- Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with a token, the last four digits of your card, and the card brand for order confirmation purposes.
- Communications: If you contact us via email or other channels, we retain the content of those communications.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, searches performed, features used, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Device and browser information: We may collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and session data: We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF token cookie for security purposes. These are functional cookies required for the Service to operate. See Section 6 for details.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Mail recipient responses: When a property owner scans a QR code on a mail piece you sent and submits a response, we collect the information they provide (such as their name, phone number, and contact preference). This data is associated with your account and the specific order it relates to.
2. Property Data
The property information available through the Service—including owner names, mailing addresses, property addresses, assessed values, sale history, and property characteristics—is sourced from publicly available county property records. This is public information maintained by county assessors and recorders. We do not create this data; we aggregate and present it to facilitate your use of the Service.
We do not sell property data to third parties. The data is made available to you solely through the Service for the purpose of creating mailing lists and sending direct mail.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service: Processing your orders, printing and mailing letters, delivering response data, and managing your account.
- Communication: Sending order confirmations, delivery updates, account-related notices, and responding to your inquiries.
- Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Security and fraud prevention: Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Legal compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
We may also create anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified data from information collected through the Service. Such data does not identify you personally and is not subject to the restrictions in this Privacy Policy. We may use and disclose anonymized data for any lawful purpose, including analytics, benchmarking, research, and product improvement.
We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails. We will only email you about account activity, order updates, and service-related announcements.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Mail printing and delivery (Lob): We share recipient names, addresses, and your mail content with our printing partner to fulfill your orders. Our printing partner is contractually obligated to use this information solely for printing and mailing your pieces.
- Payment processing (Stripe): Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe for processing. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (i) protect our rights, property, or safety; (ii) protect the safety of other users or the public; (iii) enforce our Terms of Service; (iv) investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of law; or (v) respond to a government request.
- Map services (Mapbox): Our map-based property search feature is powered by Mapbox. When you use the map search, Mapbox may receive your IP address and interaction data (such as map position and zoom level). Mapbox's use of your information is governed by Mapbox's Privacy Policy.
- Search infrastructure (Meilisearch): Property searches are processed through Meilisearch, which indexes property records (including owner names and addresses from public county data) to provide fast search results.
- Hosting and infrastructure: The Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure providers that may process server logs containing IP addresses and request data. File storage (such as template assets) uses cloud storage services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect data in accordance with their security and privacy commitments.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and order history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes (such as order records for tax reporting).
Mailing lists and templates you create are retained until you delete them or your account is closed. Response data from mail recipients is retained as part of your order history.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use the following cookies, which are necessary for the Service to function:
- Session cookie (sessionid): Keeps you logged in to your account. Expires when your session ends or after a period of inactivity.
- CSRF token (csrftoken): Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. This is a security measure and does not track your activity.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. If we introduce analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide you with notice.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.

13. Our Role as Data Controller and Processor
For the purposes of applicable privacy laws (including the Colorado Privacy Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act), AcquireDeeds acts in different capacities depending on the type of data:
- Data controller (your account data): We are the data controller for the personal information of our registered users, including account information, usage data, and payment information. We determine how and why this data is processed.
- Data processor (mail recipient data): When you use the Service to send mail to property owners, we act as a data processor (or “service provider”) processing recipient names and addresses on your behalf. You, as the user who initiated the mailing, are the data controller for this data.

You are the data controller for this response data, and we process it as your service provider. See our Terms of Service (Section 7.2) for your obligations regarding response data.
If a mail recipient or QR code respondent contacts us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data, we will make reasonable efforts to honor that request and will notify the relevant account holder.
