The Problem We Lived

AcquireDeeds was born out of frustration. As a real estate investor in Colorado, our founder spent countless hours juggling multiple tools just to send a single direct mail campaign. The workflow looked something like this: pay $99/month for a data subscription, export a CSV, clean the data, upload it to a separate mail house, wait, hope, and repeat.

Three subscriptions, two spreadsheets, and one headache later — there had to be a better way. So we built one.

What We Do

AcquireDeeds combines property data search and direct mail into a single platform. Search county property records, select the owners you want to reach, customize your letter, and send — all in one sitting. No CSV exports. No third-party mail houses. No spreadsheets.
