Is there a subscription or monthly fee?

What does the export look like?
A CSV file with 20 columns: owner name, mailing address (line 1, city, state, zip), property address, property type, county, parcel number, assessed value, and more. The format works out of the box with Lob, Postalytics, Click2Mail, and any direct mail platform that accepts CSV uploads.
How current is the data — is it pulling from live county records?
We pull directly from county assessor and property records — the same source your county courthouse uses. This isn’t a recycled broker list that’s been resold a dozen times. It’s the actual public record, made searchable and filterable.
Can I upload the CSV straight to my mail service, or do I need to reformat it?
Upload it straight — no reformatting. The column names match what Lob, Postalytics, Click2Mail, and most other platforms expect by default. Download, upload, done.
Is there a minimum order size?
No minimum at all. Export 5 records or 5,000 — you’re only charged for what you download. Testing a small campaign? Grab 20 records for $3.00 and see what happens before you scale up.
