Frequently Asked Questions

Is AcquireDeeds really free?

Yes. There is no monthly fee, no per-record charge, and no subscription. You can search properties, build lists, and preview templates at no cost. You only pay when you send mail — starting at $0.65/piece for postcards and $0.99/piece for letters.

Why would I switch from ListSource?

If you're using ListSource to buy mailing lists and then taking them to a mail house, you're paying for data and then paying again to get it mailed. With AcquireDeeds, the data is free and mailing is built in — search, select, and send in one workflow. If you need nationwide data or highly specialized pre-built list criteria, ListSource may still make sense.

How fresh is the data?

Our property data is sourced directly from county assessor records and updated regularly. For Colorado counties, data is refreshed as new records are filed. ListSource uses CoreLogic data, which is also high quality but may have different update frequencies depending on the market.

Can I download my data as CSV?

AcquireDeeds does not offer CSV exports. We're a direct mail platform — you search properties, build your list, and we handle the printing and mailing for you. This is different from ListSource, where you download a file and take it to a mail house yourself.

How does the mailing work?

After selecting properties and choosing a template, you checkout and we handle everything: printing, addressing, postage (First-Class), and delivery via Lob. You get tracking for every piece. No separate mail house, no CSV uploads, no middleman.

Does AcquireDeeds have nationwide data?

Not yet. We launched with comprehensive Colorado coverage (60+ counties) and are actively expanding. ListSource has nationwide coverage through CoreLogic. If you invest outside Colorado, ListSource's coverage is an advantage — but you'll still need a mail house to actually send the mail.

Ready to Skip the CSV Workflow?

Search Colorado properties for free. Build your list. Preview your mail. Only pay when you're ready to send.

No credit card required. No subscription. Ever.
